How to prepare Bacchi Espresso

Bacchi Espresso in France

Bacchi Espresso at the Caffè degli Specchi
Bacchi Espresso is now showed in the main lounge of the historical Caffè degli Specchi in Trieste.

Trieste is the main important italian coffee town, where there is the Trieste Coffee Cluster.
Located in the heart of Trieste, the Caffè degli Specchi has seen, lived and played a role in many urban and central european events. Facing Piazza Unità d´Italia, today it is both a tourist destination and the gathering place of the city.
As a favorite destination for a coffee or an afternoon tea as well as a gourmet restaurant in an ideal location for banquets and receptions, it also offers fine catering services for special occasions.
Its special and charming atmosphere, which has earned it a place among Italy´s Historic Places, sends us back at the time when important literary figures and famous protagonists of our history sat at its tables...

TIPS Bacchi Espresso
- put water in two compartments and in amounts as indicated in the manual
- use a strong flame but with an inside diameter like the bottom of the machine!
- make 1 or 2 espresso tests with only water to clean the circuits (the machine whistles between 6-7 minutes)
- initially recommend using illy Espresso ground coffee (which usually works very well with the machine giving a good cup of espresso)
- do not press the coffee into the filter! fill to the filter without compressing .... the cover will press the poder while closing
- turn off the heat when you close the closing valve
- you can put the machine under cold water also immediately after the use, still hot (be careful avoiding the hot steam!)
- does not wash with abrasive products... only water...
.... and good espresso!
